Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems’ objective is to provide and ensure the required air temperature and quality inside a building, regardless of the outdoor weather conditions, by utilizing the most efficient and economical solutions which suit the building's identity, location and utilization.

Our experience includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of :

Plumbing and Drainage systems’ objective is to provide and insure the required water supply quantity and quality and to drain the Storm water and Waste & Sewage water properly to the municipality main sewer. This objective can be achieved by utilizing the most efficient and economical solutions, equipment and materials: Tanks, Pumps, Piping, Water Heaters, Sanitary Fixtures…etc.

Firefighting, as the name clearly states, is the action of dealing with and suppressing the unwanted fire hazard. According to the utilization of the building division/area, the protecting firefighting system shall be designed and proposed, in compliance with the NFPA requirements and local authorities Regulations. Our experience includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of: 1- Firefighting pumps complete with steel pipes, fire hose cabinets, sprinklers, valves…etc. 2- Specialty Fire Suppression Systems like: FM200, Foam and CO2 complete with the required cylinders, pipes, valves, nozzles, controls and associated detection devices.

A substation is a part of the whole electrical generation system wherein the voltage is transformed from high to low and distributed among many outgoings. The work is accomplished delicately and safely with installation as per local authority’s standards. The substation mainly consists of HV switchgear and cables, Transformers, Medium Voltage Panel (MVP), Capacitor Bank, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Separate distribution board, special power outlets and lighting wired with MICC cables.
